  Appreciated all encompassing atmosphere of hotel, mall, swimming pool, galaxy land and food services.The rooms are clean, comfortable and excellent staff.

  We did not like the slow service of elevators and waiting time to use them.

  The convience of having the hotel in the mall was great. The rooms are always confortable and clean.

  The use of booking online was not appreciated by staff. They gave our initial room, which we booked through this website, away. I had to make 2 phone calls before they offered us another room at the same cost. They claimed that our credit card was not appected. However with the phone calls and another attempt for it to work, which it did, they offered us another room. This process took almost an hour. They are in a great need of renovations as well. The rooms paint and ceilings were obviously in need of some tlc

  Great location, convient for buisness when bringing your spouse and or family.

  I have had trouble in the past with valet parking. However this time they did a great job.

  My Grandson and I stayed overnight as we were in Edmonton to shop for a Grad suit. It was wonderful not to have to get into the car and drive to another location to a hotel after walking miles in West Edmonton Mall. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would certainly stay at this location again.

  There is no airport shuttle operated by the hotel. Several other hotels do operate their own shuttles and do not depend on taxis or limo shuttles

  I was annoyed that there was a charge for Internet, I travel frequently on business around the the world and most hotels will give you free Internet service now

  Our room was extremely big, lots of space to move

  Only problem there was an exit door on the side of the staircase and at around 3 am in the morning, someone tried to open that door.

  We liked being able to shop, drop off our stuff in the room, get freshened up and go out to a nice meal, then the casino, then back to the hotel without ever having to go outside. It was a really cold couple of days.

  Staying at the Fantasyland is great for the convenience of the mall and Bourbon Street for late night eating with the family after shopping!!!

  We haven't stayed at the Fantasyland Hotel for sometime but did notice it is getting run down in some areas which is disappointing for the price of the rooms.

  Shopping and restaurants and theater all there.

  I don't like waiting for elevators as staff is using them. Above elevators there were panels missing looked really bad. For the price it should include wifi. Small bathrooms. Do we really want people from other countries to get this as an impression of Canada. No.
